Smith Law Partnership is a forward thinking law firm who provides a high quality cost-effective legal service delivered by specialists. We are based in Braintree in Essex but our client base covers the whole of East Anglia, London and beyond. Our main practice areas are Conveyancing, Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Commercial, Employment, Wills and Probate and Family Law. Our committment to provide a high quality legal service is backed up by a track record which dates back over 70 years. We believe that it is our personal approach that results in so many of our clients recommending our services to others. They also value our experience and the level of our knowledge of the locality in which we practise. Quality Standard In addition to our legal qualifications and experience, since 2003 we have held the coveted Lexcel accreditation, a major quality standard developed specifically for solicitors. The Lexcel accreditation is a mark of quality awarded by the Law Society to legal practices, both private and public that can demonstrate that they conduct their practice in accordance with, or beyond, the Law Society's practice management standards. These standards are set to the very highest level. Our Local Community Smith Law is committed to supporting our local community. Many of us actively serve on the Chamber of Trade and Commerce, Business Council, Homestart, on school and college governing bodies, in the local enterprise agency network and assisting in the running of the local Citizens Advice Bureau. Recycling We are also committed to supporting our local environment and actively recycle our confidential waste and use numerous recycled products. Charity We regularly hold events to support both local and national charities, which include monthly dress downs and Macmillan coffee mornings and also sponsor local organisations such as the Farleigh Hospice Sunrise Walk. We also get involved in several major charity events such as Children in Need and Jeans for Genes. |
