The main features of this package are:
- Access to expert legal advice – We are offering 2 hours of legal advice for a discounted fee of £150 + VAT in year 1. This can be via any of the following methods:
- Telephone
- Email
- Post
- Face to Face
- Mixture of all of the above
- Access to our legal discussion forum where you can “talk” to other business people in a similar situation. Access to the forum is exclusive to invited members only.
- Free legal audit – An initial ½ hour consultation to discuss your business requirements. You will also have access to a free ½ hour consultation with our employment lawyer.
- Free legal updates – You will be added to our mailing list to receive updates in commercial/employment law via our newsletter.
- Discounted fees for the first 2 years – If you instruct us to deal with any of the following services in the first 2 years of trading, you will receive a 10 % discount:
• Buying/Leasing a property
• Buying a business
• Agreements: Shareholders, Partnership, Distribution/Agency, Franchise.
