Fees

In 95% of cases we are able to provide a fixed quotation or range of fees with a maximum amount.  We do not charge according to the value of an estate nor do we charge a percentage mark-up on the value.  This differentiates our fees from many of our competitors and makes Smith Law Partnership estate administrative service cost-effective and an alternative to personal applications.

Home and Hospital Visits
We can discuss with you any Will or probate requirements you may have from the comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient for you.  We can also visit you on a regular basis to offer practical and moral support.  We do not generally charge for time traveling to the client for wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
